■ 新型コロナウイルス感染症5類移行に伴う当院での対応について ■Our Clinic response of COVID-19 after transition to category 5

2023年5月8日以降、新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染症法上の位置づけが「５類感染症」に変更されます。
しかし、当然ながら5類に移行しても感染力が落ちるわけではありません。
当院には「心疾患や糖尿病、喘息等の基礎疾患」で来院されている方も多数いらっしゃいます。
当面の間、厚生労働省からの通達をもとに、移行後に予測されている感染拡大からの院内感染リスクも考慮し、引き続き以下の対応を行ってまいります。

　□ 「発熱・風邪症状・腹部症状・アレルギー症状がある方」はご来院前に電話でご連絡ください。
　　 院内が混みあわないよう、人数を調整しながらご案内します。
　□ 院内の感染対策として「不織布マスクの着用」をお願いします。
　　 新型コロナウイルスは感染力が強いため、御自身を守る意味でも引き続きマスクを着用ください。

変更点：コロナ禍で行ってまいりました「薬局への処方箋FAX対応」は終了とさせていただきます。

On May 8, 2023, the status of COVID-19 will be changed to “category 5” under the Infectious Disease Control Law.
However, it is obvious that downgrade to category 5 does not mean that infectivity is reduced.
Many patients who visit our clinic with underlying diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, asthma and so on.
For the time being, based on the notification from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, we continue the following measures that in consideration of predictable risk for infection spread inside our clinic after transition category 5.

　□ Prior phone call notice is required for patients with symptoms such as “fever, common cold like symptom, abdominal symptom or allergic symptom”. To avoid crowd in our clinic, we control the number of visitors.

　□We appreciate your cooperation for ”wearing a non-woven face mask” due to infection prevention measures.
COVID-19 is still a highly contagious virus, please continue to wear a non-woven face mask to protect yourself from the infection.

Changes: Sending the prescription to the pharmacy via fax during the covid-19 pandemic, had been finished.
