■ 帯状疱疹ワクチン：シングリックス®接種料金 改定のお知らせ ■Shingles/Herpes zoster vaccination : Notice of revision of Shingrix inoculation fee

シングリックス®薬剤納品価格の改定に伴い、
2023年4月1日以降の接種予約に関し、下記の通り料金を改定致します。
　　　
2023年4月1日以降 シングリックス®接種 改定料金（税込）
　□ 1回目（カウンセリング含)　　　　　 : \25,300 → \29,700
　□ 2回目　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　: \23,100 → \27,500
　　　　　他院で1回目接種の場合　　　　: \25,300 → \29,700
　□ 医師による問診後に接種検討する場合：カウンセリング料金 \3,300

ワクチン接種は「完全予約制・キャンセル不可」となります。
なお、現在 薬剤納品までに時間を要しておりますため、
ご予約の際は「2～3週間以降」での接種日を調整いただき、外来受付までご連絡ください。

In accordance with the revision of Shingrix delivery price, the following inoculation fees will be revised after April, 1st ,2023.

Shingrix revised fee after April 1, 2023 (tax included)

□ 1st dose (including counseling)　　 :JPY25,300 → JPY29,700
□ 2nd dose　　　　　　　　　　　　　 :JPY23,100 → JPY27,500
If your 1st dose was at another clinic: JPY25,300 → JPY29,700
□ In case do not inoculate after doctor’s consultation: JPY3,300 as the counseling fee.
Vaccination is an appointment basis, and a cancellation is not acceptable after you have booked.
Please call our outpatient department to schedule your appointment day 2 to 3 weeks later, due to taking some time to deliver the medicine currently.
