■ HPVワクチン〔シルガード®９〕接種をお考えの方へ ■For those considering HPV vaccine [SILGARD9®]

「子宮頚がん」はヒトパピローマウイルス(HPV)というウイルスに感染することにより発症します。
HPVには200種類以上の型があり、子宮頸がんの原因となる代表は「16、18型」で子宮頚がんの原因の約65％を占め、「31、33、45、52、58型」までを含めると約88％と報告されています。
HPVに感染しても、多くの場合は人間の免疫力により体外へ排出されます。
しかしこの機能が上手く働かず、長期間で感染状態が継続した場合、その部分の細胞が「がん化」することがあります。

当院取扱い「９価ワクチン：シルガード®９」は
「HPV6、11、16、18、31、33、45、52、58の９つの型」のウイルス感染を防ぐことが出来ます。
〔 2023年4月以降、２価/４価ワクチンに加え、接種対象者へ向け公費負担も開始されます。〕

接種回数：
➀ 9歳～14歳 + シルガード®９を初回から接種 ➡ 2回接種
　 　 1回目：初回
　　　　　　　　2回目：初回接種から６～12ヶ月後
② 15歳以上の方 または
9歳～14歳 + 初回/2回目にガーダシル®やサーバリクス®を接種した方 ➡ 3回接種
　　　　　　　　1回目：初回
　　　　　　　　2回目：初回接種から2か月後
　　　　　　　　3回目：初回接種から6ヶ月後
　　　　　　　
注意事項：
□ 当院では「シルガード®９」以外のＨＰＶワクチンの取扱いはございません。
□ 23区クーポンご利用の場合、必ず保護者の同伴が必要です。
　　　＊23区以外のクーポンはご利用いただけません。
□ 来院時の体温や体調で医師が接種不可と判断した場合、別日へ予約変更をさせていただきます。
　 その場合、任意接種の方は「カウンセリング料金￥3,000」が発生します。
□ 予約後のキャンセルは出来ません、確実に来院可能な日程でのご予約をお願い致します。

当院での接種のながれ：　
１．「シルガード®９」接種希望の旨をお電話でご連絡ください。
　　「23区クーポン」をお持ちの方はクーポン利用とお伝えください。
　　薬剤準備のため1週間後の婦人科予約、「接種をする上での注意事項」をご説明します。
２．接種当日は体調を整えてご来院ください。
　　　　ご持参いただく物：健康保険証、（お持ちの方のみ）当院診察券/23区クーポン
３．婦人科で担当医による説明、問診を行い、医師判断の上で接種を行います。
　　接種後に体調変化が起こる可能性も考慮し「30分程度」は院内で安静にお過ごしいただきます。

任意接種 料金：
ワクチン接種1回につき（カウンセリング含） ￥33,000（税込）
カウンセリング（接種についての相談等）のみ ￥3,300 （税込）

Cervical cancer develops by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infections. There are more than 200 types of HPV, and the representative factor of cervical cancer is “type 16, 18” which account for about 65% of cervical cancer. In case “type 31,33,45,52,58” are included, it is reported to be about 88%. Even if infected with HPV, in most cases it is excreted from the body by immunocompetence. However, if it doesn’t function well and infection period continues for prolonged term, infected part of cell may become to cancer.

Nine-valent HPV vaccine “SILGARD9®” is available at our clinic.
This vaccine successfully prevents the infection of nine types “HPV types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, and 58”.
[From April 2023, in addition to bivalent/quadrivalent vaccine, public medical expense assistance will start for those eligibles for inoculation.]

Number of inoculations:
1) 9 to 14 years old + SILGARD9® at the first dose　➡　2 inoculations.
First dose: first time
Second dose: 6-12 months after the first dose.

2)Over 15 years old or
9 to 14 years old + GARDASIL® or CERVARIX® at the first dose/second dose　➡　3 inoculations.
First dose: first time
Second dose: 2 months after the first dose.
Third dose: 6 months after the first dose.

Precautions:
□Any other HPV vaccine other than “SILGARD9®” IS NOT available at our clinic.
□Parent or guardian must be accompanied for inoculation when using a coupon of Tokyo 23 wards.
　　*Coupons outside of TOKYO 23 wards are not acceptable.
□We kindly ask to reschedule if doctor determines for your body temperature and physical condition are not eligible for inoculation.
Those who is voluntary vaccination and do not get inoculated after the doctor’s consultation, need to pay 3,300 JPY (Tax included) as the counseling fee.
□Please ensure your appointment date, as you cannot cancel after you have booked.

Flow of inoculation:
1, Please make an appointment for SILGARD9® by phone.
If you have a coupon of TOKYO 23 ward, please let us know at the time of booking.
On the phone, we schedule your Gynecology appointment for more than one week later due to preparation of this vaccine, and explain the precautions for inoculation.
2, Please visit on your appointment day with good physical condition.
Things to bring: Japanese Health Insurance card. Clinic card / Coupon of TOKYO 23 wards. (If you have one)
3, You will have a short interview and explanation by Gynecology doctor and after doctor’s determination, you will have a SILGARD9® vaccine.
Please stay in the clinic about 30 minutes after the inoculation due to monitoring for potential side effects or reactions.

Voluntary vaccination fee:
JPY 33,000 (tax included) per vaccination (including counseling fee)
Fee for counseling only (consultation of inoculation): JPY3,300 (tax included)
