■ 2023年3月13日以降 マスク着用・風邪/アレルギー症状での受診について ■Regarding mask-wearing on March 13, 2023・Consultation for Common cold/Allergy like symptoms

□ マスク着用について
厚生労働省新型コロナウイルス対策推進部より
新型コロナウイルス感染症対策として、屋内でのマスク着用を推奨されておりましたが、
2023年3月13日より「マスク着用は個人の判断」に委ねられることになります。
しかし、「医療機関を受診する際・医療機関/高齢者施設を訪問する際」は感染防止の観点より
引き続きマスク着用が必要となります。
当院でもこれまで同様、受診の際は必ず「不織布マスク着用」とさせていただきますので
忘れずにご準備ください。

□ 風邪/アレルギー症状での受診について
現在も引き続き、新型コロナウイルスやインフルエンザウイルス感染が多く発生しております。
院内での感染拡大を防ぐため、これまで同様
「喉の痛みや違和感・咳嗽・鼻汁・腹部症状・発熱・悪寒・倦怠感・味覚/嗅覚障害などの風邪症状や花粉症様の症状」が少しでもある場合、個室を用意して診察を行う関係上【事前連絡が必要】です。

上記症状による診療受付時間は、東京都への申請のもと以下のように設定しております。
平日 ：10:00 ～ 12:00 　14:30 ～ 16:30
土曜日：10:00 ～ 12:00

電話では「症状や経緯についての詳細」を確認いたします、必ずご協力ください。
個室が満室の場合、他院への受診をお願いすることになります、ご了承ください。

コロナ陽性が認められた場合、「居住区管轄の保健所」との連携が必要になります。
まずはお住まいの地域にある医療機関をご受診ください。

➤ ご来院いただく際の注意事項
・必ず「不織布マスク」を着用し、時間厳守でお越しください。
・受付に設置された発熱レーンのカウンターで「保険証、診察券」を速やかにご提示ください。
　会話は最小限にさせていただきます。

当院では当面の間 以下の対策を講じます。
・院内スタッフのゴーグル、マスク、キャップ、エプロン着用
・診察室/検査室/共用部施設に手指消毒剤の設置
・施設内/院内設備の消毒剤による清掃、消毒
　〔 院内で使用の体温計は消毒を実施しておりますが、心配な方はご持参ください。〕

■ 上記に関しご協力いただけない場合、当院では対応いたしかねます。
息苦しさ等で症状がひどく、動くことも難しい場合には、救急対応可能な医療機関へご連絡ください。

□Face mask-wearing
The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, Department of Novel Coronavirus Control and Promotion have been recommended to put on a mask indoors for COVID-19 infection prevention measures.
On March 13, 2023, the new guidelines said the decision to put on a mask will be left to individuals.
However, when having a consultation or visiting medical institutions/elderly care facilities, wearing mask is continuously required due to prevention measures.
At our clinic, we kindly ask you to wear “a non-woven face mask” when visiting as before.

□Consultation for common cold/ Allergy like symptoms
Currently, there is still infectious outbreaks of Novel Coronavirus and influenza virus.
In order to prevent a spread of infection at the clinic, your phone call in advance is required as before for patients with common cold symptoms (even if mild) such as “throat soreness or irritableness, cough, runny nose, abdominal symptoms, fever, chill, fatigue, taste/smell disorder”, due to keep an isolated room for staying in case it is necessary.

Reception hours for above symptoms which following our registration of Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
Weekday: 10:00-12:00 14:30-16:30
Saturday: 10:00-12:00

On your phone in advance, you will be asked symptoms and medical history in details. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
In case isolated room is not available, we kindly ask you to visit other clinics or hospitals.
*Please note that if you visit directly without prior phone call you may not be able to have a consultation.

In case COVID-19 test result reveals positive, need to cooperate “public health care center” in your residential area. Due to these reasons, we kindly ask you to visit the medical institution on your residential area.
➤Caution for visiting
・Ensure to wear non-woven face mask and be on time exactly.
・Hold your “health insurance card and clinic card” in your hand to be ready to present at check in on the far right ‘fever patient’ line at reception. Please minimize any conversation.

For the time being, we take the following measures.
・Our staff wear goggles, masks, caps and aprons for medical use.
・Hand sanitizers are placed in all consultation rooms, examination rooms and common areas.
・Cleaning and disinfecting inside the facility and the medical equipment with antiseptic agent.
(The thermometers are also disinfected, however if you are concerned, please bring your own.)
■We would not be able to accept for any consultation or others if you do not follow these instructions as above.
Please call an emergency, in case you are difficult to move due to life-threatening symptoms such as extreme shortness of breath and so on.
