■ 循環器内科：平田院長外来　6月の休診情報 / Dr. Hirata, Cardiology – closed days in June ■

循環器内科：平田院長の体調不良による臨時休診におきまして、皆さまへご迷惑をおかけいたしました。
2025年5月26日（月）午後より診療を再開しております。

6月の休診日は以下の通りです。
6月2日（月）　終日休診
6月9日（月）　午前のみ休診
6月18日（水） 14時30分～15時/16時30分～17時30分の時間帯のみ診療を行います。
6月30日(月）　午前のみ休診

医師の都合により、急遽お休みをいただく場合もございます。
ご来院前に担当医表をご確認ください。

Cardiology: Thank you for your understanding for the recent short-notice schedule change due to the doctor’s health matter. We are back to the regular consultation schedule from May 26 afternoon.

Please note Dr. Hirata’s office is closed in June as follows.
June 2 (Mon.) – closed all day
June 9 (Mon.) – closed in the morning and open in the afternoon
June 18 (Wed.) – open from 15:00 to 16:30 only

Above schedule is subject to change because of an unexpected matter for the doctor.
