■ 一般外来をご受診の方へ / Update for Outpatient Visitors ■

4月から「PLAZA CLINIC（プラザクリニック）」での再出発後、多くのみなさまにご来院いただき、大変感謝しております。
職員がまだ不慣れな点や待ち時間の発生等でご迷惑をおかけしております。
現在、待ち時間をご案内するアプリケーションや自動精算機の導入を進行しております。
より円滑にご受診いただける環境となるまで、今しばらくお待ちください。

当院は「六本木ヒルズ ハリウッドビューティプラザビル3階」にあり、エントランスは「健診センター」「一般外来」の2箇所に分かれてございます。
迷われた場合はご案内いたしますので、どちらからでもお入りいただき当院職員へお声掛けください。

職員も日々ブラッシュアップし、安心してご受診いただけますよう努めてまいりますので、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

We are very grateful to have so many visitors since the clinic re-opening in April, and appreciate your kind understanding for some inconvenience as we are still learning best practices in the new environment. The application to the expected waiting time and the self-checkout machine have already been on our action. Thank you for your patience.

The clinic is located on the third floor of Roppongi Hollywood Beauty Plaza with two separate entrances, which is for the health promotion center and for the outpatient. Please don’t hesitate to walk in any entrance and talk to the reception staff.

We are committed to continue our every effort to provide better medical services to you.

Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Diabetes Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, Headache, Dermatology, Urology
Consultation Hours: Monday – Friday 10:00 – 12:30 and 14:30 – 17:30 / Saturday 10:00 – 12:30
Closed on Sundays and National Holidays.

– For the first-time visitors, please walk in the clinic and talk to the receptionist. We don’t take any appointments for the first-time visitors.
– Please make sure to check the doctors schedule which explains consultation availability by department.
