■ クリニック移転と休診前　最終診療日のお知らせ /Notice of Relocation and Last Consultation Schedule Prior to Temporary Closure■

　六本木ヒルズクリニックは2003年10月の開院以降、健診/人間ドックを通し健康維持や管理、
また 生活習慣病を中心とした専門領域を標榜し外来診療を継続してまいりましたが、
諸般の事情により、2025年1月末日をもちまして一旦診療を休止し移転するはこびとなりました。

これまでご愛顧いただきました皆様には、長年にわたるご厚情に心より感謝申し上げます。
突然の変更によりご迷惑をおかけしますことを深くお詫び申し上げます。
今後の健診/診療情報におきましては、詳細が決定次第、改めてこちらのホームページ上でご案内をさせていただきます。

＜各科 最終診療日のご案内＞
➣ 内科 小瀧医師：2024年12月4日 水曜日
内科の診療につきましては、2025年1月末日まで他の医師が引き続き診療いたします。

➣ 耳鼻咽喉科 佐田医師：2024年12月13日 金曜日

➣ 泌尿器科 小針医師：2025年1月10日 金曜日

➣ 婦人科 青野医師：2025年1月16日 木曜日
港区子宮頸がん検診は2024年12月26日(木)までの受け入れ、
結果説明のため2025年1月14～16日に再来いただきます。

「内科(小瀧医師除く)、循環器内科、消化器内科、整形外科、乳腺外科、皮膚科」は通常通りの診療を予定しておりますが、
医師のスケジュールにより休診の場合もございますので、当院ホームページをご確認ください。
また、最終日は込み合うことが予想されますので、お時間に余裕を持ってご来院ください。

最終診療日まで限られた時間ではございますが、何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Since its opening in October 2003, the Roppongi Hills Clinic has been providing health checkup/Ningen dock aiming for maintaining health and health care, and has been offering outpatient consultations in the specialty areas of lifestyle diseases. Due to various reasons, we will temporarily close the clinic for relocation at the end of January 2025.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your patronage and support over the years.
We would also like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have during the temporary closure for relocation. Detailed plans on the future check-up program and medical consultations will be shared by a separate announcement on this web site upon available.

Last consultation dates of some departments/doctors are as follows.

■ Medicine: Dr. Kotaki – December 4, 2024 (Wed.) ■
The other doctors at Medicine will continue consultations until the end of January, 2025.

■ Otorhinolaryngology: Dr. Sata – December 13, 2024 (Fri.) ■
Screening tests of pharyngeal cancer and hearing test by Minato Ward will be provided until December 10th, 2024 (Tue.).

■ Urology: Dr. Kobari – January 10, 2025 (Fri.) ■

■ Gynecology: Dr. Aono – January 16, 2025 (Thu.) ■
As per Pap smear by Minato Ward, tests will be performed until December 26, 2024 (Thu.) on the condition that you could revisit us for the test results between January 14 (Tue.) and 16 (Thu.).

Medicine, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Breast and Dermatology are expected to continue regular consultations. However, we recommend that you check the up-to-date consultation schedule on the web site beforehand. Moreover, please visit us well in advance as the last consultation day might be crowded.
